WORCESTER residents have been asked what they feel are some of the ugliest buildings in the city.
Some of the answers certainly divided opinion, but we have compiled a list of the most mentioned locations.
The Hive
One of the most popular suggestions was The Hive, which often divides opinion due to its design and golden colour scheme.
One comment referred to the building as "an eyesore", however not all Worcester residents dislike the design.
Nicky Thompson defended the building saying: "All these people saying the Hive. The Hive is a fab building, a really well thought out construction within the space, different, innovative, and gleaming in the sun.
"I love it personally."

Elgar House
Elgar House, in front of Shrub Hill Train Station, was another repeated suggestion for the ugliest building in Worcester.
Nick Weeks called the building "monstrosity in front of Shrub Hill Station" and it was also called a monstrosity by Debbie Evans and Glenys Bendle.
The building is a probation contact centre that serves the West Midlands region.
Trinity House
The building known as "the old Co-op", on the corner of St Nicholas Street and Queen Street was also labelled an "eyesore" by commenters.
Lottie Richards said: "The old Co-op is hideous."
The building is now a furniture store.
Heart of Worcestershire College
Heart of Worcester College, on Deansway, was highlighted as another building n the city which could do with a makeover.
Many commenters referred to the building as "Worcester Tech College", referring to the Worcester College of Technology which closed on July 31 2014.
Jane Taylor Charles said, "Worcester Tech College is a blot on the river".

New University Building
The old Worcester News building which is now being transformed by the University of Worcester was another vastly commented building.
Derek Jones referred to the building as the "golden monstrosity on Hylton Road".
Lisa Richards made the connection between the gold of the hive and the new University building.
She said: "The hive and to make it worse the old Worcester Evening News building has been covered the same - awful looking."
