A 44-YEAR-old woman is accused of driving a Mercedes while disqualified.
Amy Smith, of Willis Place, Worcester, was set to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on February 2.
Smith is accused of driving whilst disqualified; failing to stop vehicle when directed by police and using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third-party insurance.
The prosecution alleges that Smith committed the offences on January 4 this on the M5, between Junction 4 and 3, when she is alleged to have been driving a Mercedes SLK.

Mark Hambling, prosecuting, said: "The court hasn't heard from her and she should be here today."
Sandie Morgan, chairman of the magistrates bench, said the case would be adjourned until March 13.
Smith was to be warned if she did not attend the next hearing of the case it would proceed in her absence.
