ART studios, a hotel and affordable homes are just some of the ideas residents have for the former Raven pub.
Councillor Mel Allcott has appealed for something to be done to the abandoned Droitwich Road pub.
It has fallen into disrepair and Worcester News readers have been sharing their views on what they would like to see happen to the building.
The Raven Pub has remained abandoned since 2019 after the owners decided to close its doors for good.

Cllr Allcott recently described the once popular pub as "unwanted" and "unloved" with "the life being taken out of it".
But Worcester News readers have proposed various new ways the site can be brought back to life to benefit the area.
Many people have proposed that the old building should move away from its former life as a pub and be completely re-transformed.
Caroline Haynes said: "It would be nice to see run-down buildings like this make way for something that does not revolve around fast food or children's entertainment.
"Perhaps a space for art studios and workshops."
David Abraham suggested it is turned into something that can benefit young people in the area.
"Here is an idea, turn it into a youth centre for kids.
"There used to be one on City Walls Road.
"The skate park across the road does well, and kids need a safe place to go."

Neil Sysum said: "It would actually be a good site for a decent hotel if it could be repurposed."
However, other readers had a more drastic approach to what should be done with the building.
They believe knocking it down altogether could be the best option.

Chris Smith said: "Knock it down and build homes."
And Polly Gilbert added: "There is little chance it will be used again as a pub in this current financial climate.
"With such a shortage of affordable rental properties, the land could be better used for housing."
Following Cllr Allcotts comments, a spokesperson for The Raven said: “Following a review of the business, we can confirm The Raven is up for sale.”
