RESIDENTS are "upset" after a historic building in Droitwich falls further into disrepair.
Vandals have attacked The Raven Hotel again leaving it badly damaged with part of the hotel's wooden structure ripped out and debris scattered across the pavement.
The affected area appeared on the front of the Raven Hotel on St Andrew’s Street.
The deteriorating building on St Andrew's Street has parts which date back to the 16th century and has been empty since 2010.
It is the latest attack on the deteriorating building after vandals had daubed bright blue graffiti over a section of the hotel in October.

The latest vandalism has caused upset with resident Kenneth Taylor saying: "No action is being taken to preserve it.
"Another historic building lost in Droitwich."
Other residents went to Facebook to express their anger and upset about what has happened to the distinctive black-and-white hotel.
One said: "It actually is quite sad.
"We moved back here three years ago, and the deterioration is remarkable."
Another added: "A lot of Droitwich heritage is or has been left to rot and lost - it is so sad."
Plans for The Raven Hotel's transformation have received the green light, and the new plans would mean the existing vandalised area would be knocked down.
Wychavon District Council’s planning committee backed plans to demolish the modern extensions to the listed building to make way for 48 new homes and flats on July 21, 2022.
A gin bar and brine baths would also be created as part of the project.

At the meeting in Pershore, Cllr Bill Moy, former mayor of Droitwich and chairman of campaigners Save Our Brine Baths (SOBBs), called on the committee to approve the application “without reservation”, saying it would help “revitalise the town centre and justify the Spa element in the town’s name.”
Chair of Droitwich Town Council, Bob Brooks, said: "I am excited that the Brine Baths will be installed and look forward to those plans being developed by Save Our Brine Baths.
"I hope it will help bring tourism and trade into the town."
