AN ELDERLY woman was taken to hospital after crashing into a parked car and garden wall in Worcester.
The car crashed into a parked car and a garden wall on Laugherne Road, in St John's, yesterday (Sunday, January 22).
West Midlands Ambulance Service said an elderly woman was driving and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further assessment.
A spokesperson said: "We were called at 5.06pm to a road traffic collision involving one car at the junction of Rowley Hill Street and Laugherne Road in St Johns, Worcester.
"One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene. Upon arrival, we found an elderly woman who was the driver of the car.
"She was assessed by ambulance staff and had injuries not believed to be life-threatening. She was conveyed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further assessment.”

A large emergency service presence was reported to the Worcester News between Buck Street and Rowley Hill Street.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "We received a call yesterday regarding a car that had crashed into a parked car and a garden wall on Laugherne road.
"We attended at approximately 5.30pm with two appliances to help make the scene and the vehicle safe.
"There was a lone casualty which we left in the care of the ambulance service.
"We left the scene at approximately 5.55pm."

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police confirmed the driver of the car sustained "minor injuries".
They said: "At around 5.10pm on Sunday 22 January officers received a report of a one-vehicle collision on Laugherne Road, Worcester. Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and the Ambulance service also attended the scene.
"The driver of the car had minor injuries."
