A TEENAGE boy was assaulted by a man on a busy Worcester road.
The 16-year-old was assaulted opposite The Brewers Arms Pub, on Comer Road, St John's, between 3.30pm and 3.45pm on Tuesday, January 17.
A man grabbed the boy by the arm and refused to let him go.
Both the suspect and victim were shouting which alerted members of the public.
Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault to come forward.
Officers investigating the incident are particularly keen to speak to a man who stopped to check the victim was ok after the incident, as it is believed he may have witnessed what happened.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed an assault in Worcester on Tuesday 17 January to come forward.

Officers are also keen to speak to anyone else who was in the area at the time who may have seen the incident or captured it on a mobile phone.
