A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of breaching his criminal behaviour order.
Thomas Meenaghan, of Hangmans Lane, Hanley Castle, was made the subject of a criminal behaviour order for three years last February.
CBO is an order of the courts designed to tackle the most serious and persistent anti-social individuals and includes strict requirements designed to curb their behaviour.
The 37-year-old was due to appear at the court on Thursday (January 19) to answer the alleged breach.

Prosecutor Mark Hambling explained his CBO requires him to have dogs properly supervised and on a lead in a public area.
The charge reads: "Without reasonable excuse, leaving your dogs outside of your address for prolonged periods of time where they are barking continuously."
Chairman of the magistrates bench, Elaine Bell, said magistrates would issue a warrant without bail in his case.
