A Worcester post office is set to temporarily close for a refurbishment.
Ombersley Road Post Office will shut for more than two weeks next month as it undergoes a refit.
It will close at 5.30pm on Monday, February 6, and is due to reopen at 1pm on Wednesday, February 22.
Scott Lacey, network provision lead for the Post Office, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work.
“The safety of our customers is paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily.”
While the branch at 129 Ombersley Road is closed, customers are advised to use alternative post offices.
Nearby branches include the Brickfields Post Office at One Stop on Brickfields Road, Worcester Post Office at the WHSmith on High Street, and Warndon Post Office at SPAR on Cranham Drive.
There is also a branch at Fernhill Heath Costcutter Stores and Post Office, 101 Droitwich Road.
