The men appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday (January 16) where they pleaded guilty to the charges.
The pair have been remanded to appear at Worcester Crown Court on Friday, February 17 for sentencing.
About 15 armed police with guns and riot shields were in Southfield Street as objects were being hurled out of a window during a foul-mouthed disturbance in the street.
The street had to be closed for several hours during Friday's incident with residents told to stay indoors and others unable to return to their homes.
A police cordon covered both ends of the street and East Street as people were warned to stay indoors for their own safety.
During the incident, a topless man could be seen leaning out of the window of the terraced house as objects and obscenities were hurled at officers.
