A 'NEIGHBOUR from hell' is set to be evicted from her home after she and her boyfriend continue to make residents' lives a misery.

Residents from Michael Tippet Drive in Worcester have been told the woman is due to be evicted from her flat next month following a string of incidents, the most recent at the weekend.

Issues so far reported include shouting, screaming and swearing in the street.

We have also previously reported how there was a large police response after a woman was self-harming with a knife last summer.

Last December a letter saying 'enough is enough' was circulated among residents telling them to call Citizen - the woman's landlord - about any further problems.

A spokesperson for Citizen said: “We have served a section 21 notice on a customer living at Michael Tippet Drive following reports of anti-social behaviour.

"This notice expires on February 20, 2023, which means Citizen can regain possession of the property.

“This is the legal process all landlords must follow when looking to take back possession of their property and it can take several months.

“We are also working with the police to take all the action we are able to in order to stop our customer’s boyfriend from attending the property.”

Neighbours have reported more incidents over the weekend with police attending.

One resident, who did not wish to be named, said: "I am tired of reporting them and wasting my time videoing and taking pictures.

"Friday night he (the resident's boyfriend) was outside shouting abuse and threatening to smash windows as she had slept with someone else.

"Next day they are back together and that night arguing and she was screaming louder than normal so I called the police.

"One police van and three cars arrived but he had already gone."

Another resident, who did not wish to be identified, said: "The police were round at just before midnight on Thursday evening as a man left the flats shouting abuse at her.

"She didn't answer her door despite them seeing her in the window and the police left.

"A few police also visited on Saturday again during the day but again she didn't answer her door."

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said both the male and female are subject to community protection notices (CPNs) due to their behaviour at this address.

She added: "We would urge residents to report any incidents to the police in order that breaches of CPN can be considered. This will need support from witnesses in order to pursue breaches to court."
