SEVERAL car parks have been forced to close in the city centre due to flooding.
Worcester City Council has closed the following car parks as flood waters continue to rise on the River Severn:
- Pitchcroft
- Croft Road
- Cattlemarket
Drivers are also being asked to avoid Newport Street and Tybridge Street car parks.
A spokesperson said: "Worcester is #open4business, but if you're driving please use a car park away from the river. Pitchcroft, Croft Road and Cattlemarket are now closed and you are advised to avoid Newport Street and Tybridge Street car parks.
