RIVER levels in Worcester are expected to peak this weekend according to new data.
The Environment Agency has confirmed that Sunday morning (January 15) will see the River Severn in Worcester peak by between 5 and 5.5 metres.
At Diglis, the levels are expected to peak between 4.3 to 4.8 metres in the morning on the same day.
The data also shows that the Kempsey Yacht Club water levels will peak between 6,5 and 6,8 metres on Sunday morning.
Saxon's Lode, at Ripple, will peak on Sunday evening between 4.9 and 5.3 metres.
However, the Environment Agency explained the data was automated due to industrial action.
We're sharing forecasted #river peaks to accompany our #flood warning service, which is automated during industrial action.
