In Barbourne, the river level was also above its typical level reaching 4.29m and is also higher than the 4.08m recorded 24 hours earlier.
The city council placed signs across its car parks in Worcester warning drivers of a possible flood risk, but as it stands there have been no reported issues.
A Worcester City Council spokesperson had said: "Currently, there are no problems in any of the City Council’s car parks, but we anticipate that could change tomorrow (Wednesday) or later in the week.
"We have put signs out at Pitchcroft, Croft Road, Newport Street and Cattlemarket car parks, advising customers to park in other locations.
"Information on other city centre car parks is at www.worcester.gov.uk/parking."
