THE River Severn has burst its banks near Worcester City Centre today as levels continue to rise and more flooding is expected.
Anil Patel's photos of the river show that the River Severn has already burst its banks at South Parade in Worcester.

The Environment Agency and Met Office have issued a flood alert for the River Severn and have said there is a possibility of flooding.

Flooding is also expected to affect low-lying land and roads adjacent to the river from Highley to Tewkesbury.
Locations that may be affected include Stourport, Holt Fleet, Worcester, Kempsey, Severn Stoke, Upton upon Severn, South Quay, Diglis Parade, and Hylton Road towpath.
And flooding from drains may also affect Worcester Racecourse and Worcestershire County Council Cricket ground.
Yesterday the river levels in Bewdley reached 3.3m.
River levels in Kempsey Yacht Club are expected to reach 5.8m on Sunday.
