A FAMILY fear their car is being targeted after it was vandalised for a third time potentially leaving them out of pocket.
Debbie Evans is worried her daughter's Ford Kuga has become a target after its glass roof was smashed while it was parked on Wyld's Lane.
Thursday's attack is the third time the car has been vandalised with shattered glass covering the car's seats.
Previously, the family had to pay for repairs to the car as it was not covered by the insurance.
Nothing was taken during any of the attacks leading the family to believe the vehicle is being vandalised for another reason.
However, they are not sure why the Kuga would have been attacked as other cars they have owned were not vandalised.
Police are now appealing for information, and are asking any witnesses to the damage to come forward.

Debbie Evans, of Wyld's Lane, said: "The car is my daughter's and in the entire time we have lived on Wyld's Lane we have never had any trouble until we purchased this car.
"The car is second hand and this is now the third incident we have had.
"Previously the windscreen was smashed and food has been thrown at the car."
The family are left scratching their heads wondering why they have been targeted by vandals.
Mrs Evans said: "There were things in the front of the car and also in the boot and nothing was stolen.
"It just appears to be an act of mindless vandalism, I have no idea why anyone would do it."
Mrs Evans also believes that the damage will not be covered by her daughter's insurance.

She said: "My daughter is only 19 and to have this happen is not fair at all.
"When this happened last time damage to the windscreen was not covered so I am worried this will be the same case."
