LATEST data has revealed the most and least expensive streets in and around Worcester based on the average number of property sales.
The data has been provided by estate agents Property Solvers and was last updated on December 6.
According to the data the most expensive street in Worcester is Battenhall Road in Battenhall.
The street has an average house price of £702,166, based on six property sales.
The second most expensive street is Red Hill Lane in Red Hill where the average, based on four sales, was £603,125.
The third most expensive is Riverside Place in Kempsey, which has an average of £602,000.

In February, according to the data, the most expensive street had been St George's Square, off the Tything - which had an average house price of £756,666, based on three property sales.
According to Property Solvers, Ribble Close in Ronkswood is currently the least expensive having an average price of £70,000, based on three sales.
