FAULTY traffic signals in Hartlebury have prompted a warning from Worcestershire County Council

The council have confirmed a report of faulty temporary traffic signals at Hartlebury, near the entrance to the castle after a warning from a resident on Twitter.

The public is being asked to approach with care and Severn Trent Water contractors have been called to attend the site as soon as possible.

A Severn Trent spokesperson said: “We’d like to apologise for any disruption caused by issues with the traffic lights near the entrance of Hartlebury Castle this morning.

"We’re aware of the issue and a team is due to attend the site as a priority. Again, we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused."
