A 32-year-old man will face a trial for two assaults in the new year.
Ben Crook denied two common assaults and using threatening, abusive, insulting words, and behaviour with intent to cause fear of, provoke violence when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (December 15).
Crook, of Prospect Close, Malvern, allegedly committed all the offences on September 24 this year in Malvern.
Chairman of the magistrates bench, Megan Harrison, told Crook to attend his trial which will be held at Worcester Magistrates Court on February 20 next year.
