A MAN has admitted stalking, but denies racially aggravated stalking of a victim.
Joshua Charters appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (December 15).
The 31-year-old, of Drovers Way, Worcester, pleaded guilty to stalking the victim between May 12 and August 15 this year.
When the racially aggravated stalking charge was put to Charters he said "not guilty".
In that charge, the prosecution alleges Charters attended the address of the alleged victim and shouted "disparaging names towards her referencing her new partner's ethnicity".
Charters was told to attend his trial at Redditch Magistrates Court on February 28.
He was given conditional bail, including the condition he must not contact the victim.
