A MAN who denies threatening to petrol bomb a property will face a trial next year.
Jason Bridger, of Canterbury Road, Ronkswood, denies making a threat to damage, destroy property, criminal damage and assault a person occasioning them actual bodily harm.
Bridger also denies assault by beating and using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoking unlawful violence.
All the offences are alleged to have taken place on May 24 this year, apart from the criminal damage that the prosecution says took place on May 25.
The prosecution alleges the threat was made to a person in Droitwich, Bridger saying he would petrol bomb a house belonging to them and intending she would fear that the threat would be carried out.
The other offences are alleged to have taken place in Worcester.

The 36-year-old was not required to appear at the latest hearing of the case that took place at Worcester Magistrates Court on December 15.
The hearing was an administrative one which established the trial will take two days, largely due to the number of witnesses required by prosecution and defence.
Bridger was represented by Judith Kenney, the case was prosecuted by Sumreen Afsar.
Bridger's trial will take place at Worcester Magistrates Court on March 17.
Bridger has unconditional bail.
