A DRINK driver has been told to do unpaid work and been disqualified from getting behind the wheel.
Dean Masuku, of St Johns Close, Worcester, admitted a charge of driving a motor vehicle with his alcohol level above the limit when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
Magistrates heard the 21-year-old drove a Vauxhall Astra in Croft Road, Worcester, on May 25 this year.
After being stopped by police, Whittingham was arrested and taken to the police station.
In a breathalyser test, the evidential specimen given by Masuku was 237 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit for blood being 80 milligrammes of alcohol.

Masuku was given a one-year community order which requires he completes 80 hours of unpaid work.
Masuku was banned from driving for 28 months but was offered the chance to do a drink-drive awareness court which, if he successfully completes, would reduce the ban by 28 weeks.
Masuku was also ordered to pay £135 costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
It was agreed Masuku could pay the total, £230, at a rate of £50 per month.
The case was heard on November 17.
