Father Christmas will be visiting the streets of Worcester once again this year in the run-up to Christmas.
Thanks to the Worcester Lions, Santa and his sleigh will be touring the city on eight nights this December.
The Lions, a volunteer group, said they have tried to cover as much of Worcester as possible and will provide more details of each night’s route closer to the time.
“Worcester Lions understand that many will be disappointed that Santa will not be doing all his usual routes,” the group said.
“We hope to cover more routes again this year.”
According to the Lions, Santa will be kicking off his visits to Worcester in the Newtown Road area on December 1 and will be in Warndon, in the Hastings Drive area, on December 4.

The map released by the Lions suggests Santa Claus will be in the Martley Road area on December 13 and in Lower Wick on December 15.
He’ll be in Spetchley Road and Nunnery Wood on December 16 and in the Northwick and Cornmeadow area on December 19.
