FIREARMS have been stolen during burglaries in villages near Worcester.
Two house burglaries were reported at Martley and Clifton-upon-Teme, where intruders stole firearms and a handbag between the hours of 9pm and midnight at some point last week.
The details were confirmed as part of a weekly round-up from the Martley and Tenbury safer neighbourhood policing team, from Monday, November 14 to Sunday, November 20.
Sheds and garden buildings at St Michael's, Oldwood Common, Clifton Upon Teme and Dunley have also all been broken into after dark across last week.

A number of tools were stolen from Oldwood Common but nothing was taken from elsewhere.
The round-up report also referenced a report of a suspicious vehicle at Pensax Common in a gateway of property.
The silver and blue Mitsubishi Shogun was spotted on November, 16 at 11.50pm. It moved off when the area was lit up.
