BADLY parked cars on a residential road in Worcester has been causing issues for bin men and fears emergency vehicles will be blocked.
Two cars parked on either side of the road on Linksview Crescent, Ronkswood, prevented a dust bin lorry from being able to make its way down the street.
A resident of Linksview Crescent, who wished to remain anonymous, said it is the second time it has happened in just a few weeks.
They believe the vehicles belong to employees of Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

They said: "For the second time in a few weeks, the dust cart has been unable to access Linksview Crescent due to bad parking at the junction with Newtown Road, by people going to work on the hospital site.
"We have 'access only' signs but no one takes any notice of the situation and it is getting worse.
"If an emergency vehicle needed to get around here, it would be difficult."
Councillor Allah Ditta, Worcestershire County Councillor for Nunnery Ward, said he is already looking into the possibility of installing double yellow lines on the road
He said: "I visited the road yesterday to see the situation and the cars were technically parked legally but not using common sense.
"For cars passing it would have been fine but larger vehicles would not have been able to pass at all.
"Police were also in attendance and notices were put on the cars but nothing more could really be done at the time.
"I have already been in touch with the highways team to see if there is a possibility of installing double yellow lines."

Matthew Hopkins, chief executive of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, said: “Parking for all our staff remains free of charge at all of our hospitals, and colleagues are regularly reminded to park responsibly on-site in the designated staff parking spaces.
“We are aware that the current parking provision in place across our hospitals is not sufficient and recognise the difficulties this causes for staff, patients and visitors, particularly at peak times.
We are committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible and providing access to safe and convenient car parking.
“We are enlisting the help of parking specialists who are experts in their field, and who will work with us to ensure that we can further increase our car parking capacity across our sites and improve parking arrangements in order to sufficiently meet the needs and improve the experience of those who use our car parks now and into the future.”
