The former owners of Worcester Warriors have been in court to face more charges of failing to file company accounts.
Colin Goldring and Jason Whittingham failed to submit copies of the accounts of Worcester Sport Limited for the financial year ending February 28, 2021 to the Registrar of Companies at Companies House.
As directors of the company, they should have filed the paperwork by November 30, 2021.
Goldring, of Theobalds Park Road, Enfield, and Whittingham, of Westbury Lane, Buckhurst Hill, appeared at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Thursday, November 10 and admitted the charges against them.

The two men were each fined £80 by magistrates and told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and costs of £75.
Last month Goldring, 38, and Whittingham, 51, were fined by magistrates after facing similar charges.
As well as being fined £660 each, Goldring and Whittingham were disqualified from being directors of a company for 12 months.
That ban started on Friday, November 4.
