A 46-YEAR-old man who smashed a window after a game of Fifa has been fined by magistrates.
Tyrone Mills became agitated, smashing the window and causing hundreds of pounds damage, magistrates heard.
Mills, of Ullswater Close, Worcester, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Monday, (November 14).
Owen Beale, prosecuting, said Mills had gone to a property in Warndon, Worcester, on August 10 this year to see friends.
"They end up outside, he was agitated," Mr Beale said.
"He smashed a window at the property."
The prosecutor said, in interview, Mills had partly blamed the drink he had consumed for smashing the pane of glass in the double-glazed window.
Mr Beale added: "He said (in interview) he did it out of temper."

Mr Beale added the victim, Hannah Pace, had the inconvenience of living with the broken window and having to pay for it, as she had joint responsibility for the Droitwich property with her housing association.
Jason Patel, defending, said on the night Mills was with four friends, who were playing the Fifa computer game on his Xbox.
"There has been a disagreement, he is asked to leave," Mr Patel said.
"They wouldn't give him his Xbox back.
"He foolishly picked up a piece of wood and hits the window, and regrets it."
Mr Patel said Mills was frustrated about not getting his console back as it was more than a games console to him, as he used it to watch streaming services including Netflix through it.
Mr Beale added that when police arrived, the friends had made it clear they were happy for Mills to have his Xbox back.
Sentencing him for criminal damage to property, Jayne Burton, chairman of the magistrates bench said they had decided to deal with the matter by giving Mills a financial penalty.
Mills was fined £40, and ordered to pay compensation of £250 and costs of £290.
Magistrates agreed that the total, £580, could be deducted from Mills' benefits.
- Two alleged assaults, which Mills had alleged to have committed on August 10 this year, were dismissed after the prosecution offered no evidence.
