A MILITARY beret has been found in Worcester by good Samaritans who are looking to reunite it with its owner.
The green beret displaying a Mercian Regiment cap badge was found on Saturday, November 12, near the Waitrose supermarket on London Road.
Mr David Simmonds posted the lost beret in the "Lost, found and stolen items in Worcester and surround areas" Facebook group, which is public and has over 2200 members.
The beret is currently in Mr Simmonds's possession, but he said he will be taking the beret to the Mercian's headquarters later this week.
