A MAN drove an Audi without a licence or insurance, magistrates heard.
Alexandru Otvos was fined when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The 26-year-old drove the Audi A4 on Silver Street, Worcester, on August 17 this year.
Otvos, of Canterbury Road, Worcester, admitted two charges of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third-party insurance.
Otvos was given six penalty points added to his licence.
He was fined £214 and ordered to pay costs of £135, and a victim surcharge of £86.
Magistrates accepted an offer for Otvos to pay the full amount, £435, at a rate of £20 per month.
The case was heard on November 10.
