A FIRE ENGINE has been pictured struggling to get past cars parked on either side of a busy road in Worcester.
The image shows the fire engine being carefully guided through by members of the public and onlookers on Northwick Road.
The picture was taken just a short distance away from the junction with Ombersley Road.
Despite the poor parking highlighted in the picture, Cllr Karen Lawrance, Worcester city councillor for Claines ward, said she was not aware of any regular parking issues on Northwick Road.
She said: "I have not been made aware of any regular issues on Northwick Road but I know that the area near to the junction with Ombersley Road can get really busy.
"People really do need to be more considerate and mindful of how they park."
Cllr Mel Allcott echoed the same comments as Cllr Lawrance and was not aware of any major issues that have been regularly affecting parking on Northwick Road.
