The 24-year-old, of Canterbury Road, Worcester and previously of Newtown Road, Worcester, was set to appear at the court on Thursday, (November 4).

But as it was scheduled for an afternoon hearing, and cases earlier in the day ran late, magistrates adjourned due to lack of court time.

Weston has now been told to return to the court on Tuesday, November 15 when the case will be heard.
