A 24-year-old man has been placed on an order which bans him from kicking and punching people.
Kieran Alton of Malvern was handed a two-year criminal behaviour order (CBO) by a court on Monday, October 24.
The CBO was granted on the conviction for criminal damage to a property in Moat Crescent.

By the terms of the order, Alton is prohibited from: attending a specified address in Moat Crescent, Malvern when told not to by the tenant, or refusing to leave when asked to leave by the tenant; kicking, punching, banging or throwing things at doors, walls or property that is not owned by him; behaving in any way that causes a nuisance or disturbance to residents in the vicinity; making false reports to police.
