A Worcester bar is encouraging people and their dogs to dress up for a Halloween party.
Tortugas in Friar Street is hosting a Halloween party featuring a Caribbean buffet on Sunday, October 30.

Owner Connor Mazzocchi said well-behaved dogs are usually welcomed into the bar area, which is separate from the main restaurant, so it made sense to include them in Tortugas’ Halloween plans.
