A DELIVERY driver will be charged for the cost to repair a heavy bollard a lorry destroyed in the city centre.
The Highways team said it would use CCTV to trace the driver and send them the bill for the destroyed black bollard on the corner of Pump Street and High Street.
It has been completely bent by the impact and is almost touching the paving stones.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council shared a photo of the damage on Twitter with an angry emoticon.
