A MAN is still to be sentenced for using threatening behaviour in a Malvern kebab shop.
On the last day of his trial Vasko Panov admitted affray, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and making a threat to kill.
The 49-year-old admits affray, which took place between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020, in Upton Pizza and Kebab shop in Old Street, Malvern.
He also assaulted and threatened a woman on October 18 last year.
Panov, whose address is listed as HMP Hewell, has previously been told he faces prison.

He was due to be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court today (Thursday) but that hearing did not go ahead.
Panov, who has been remanded in custody, is set to appear for sentencing at the court on October 24.
