A MAN charged in connection with a burglary at a Worcester pharmacy is due to appear in court this week.
Nathan Harrison, aged 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with residential burglary and vehicle interference offences and will appear before magistrates in Kidderminster on October 13.
This is after an arrest at D L Ogle Pharmacy in St John's on Sunday.
Dramatic photos from the arrest showed both police officers and a police dog dealing with the suspect.
Chief constable Pippa Mills said last week: "Whilst the number of burglaries locally is low, the impact of being a victim can be devastating.
"That’s why it is our policy to attend all burglaries.
"We see the importance of this, both in terms of evidence gathering and in ensuring the right support is in place for victims and that we can help them feel safe in their homes."
