A Worcester woman has been accused of falsely claiming to be an osteopath.

Michelle Davies, 47, will stand trial this week after allegedly describing herself as an osteopath or osteopathic practitioner/physician when she was not registered as such.

She is said to have, either expressly or by implication, described herself as an osteopath when suspended from the register of Osteopaths.

This alleged false description was noted on the website https://www.worcester-os teopath.com/index.php.

Davies, of Armstrong Drive in Worcester, is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 3, for a private prosecution trial.
