AN offroading track on a farm where two people have died could be investigated by the authorities.
Jake Allen, nine, died following a 4x4 crash at Coney Green Farm in Stourport-on-Severn on Saturday (September 24).
It is the second death at the course after Andrew John Cooper was killed in an off-roading crash at the same site in 2007.
Mr Cooper, 29, was a passenger in the car and was taken by air ambulance to Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham where he later died from his injuries.
A 15-year-old driving the vehicle survived but suffered head injuries.
The teenage boy suffered head injuries when the Land Rover rolled over on the dirt track.
He was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital as a precaution.
Onlookers tried to assist Mr Cooper, but he was later pronounced dead at Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham.

Meanwhile, the Health and Safety Executive has not ruled out carrying out an investigation into the site following Saturday's crash.
Simon Wilkes, head of Regulatory Services, said the police are set to carry out initial reviews before potentially progressing to a health and safety investigation.
He said: “As far as we understand the police will review what has happened initially and, depending on their findings, it may then move to a Health and Safety at Work investigation.
"This would be carried out by Worcestershire Regulatory Services, the shared service operated by the six district councils in Worcestershire, including Wyre Forest District Council.”

Following his death, Jake's family paid tribute to their “sweet and loving boy”.
Jake’s family said: “We’re all completely devastated by the loss of our Jakey. He was such a kind, respectful and loving little boy. When he wasn’t making videos with his sister, Lilli-Louise, he was always offering to help out around the house.
“He could seem serious and quiet at first but then he would break out into the most beautiful smile and with those close to him he was warm and chatty."
West Mercia Police is looking to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident or has information that could help.
Information can be reported via the West Mercia Police website quoting reference 406 of 24 September, or by calling 101.
Worcester News has attempted to contact the owners of Coney Green Farm but they have not yet responded.
