A MAN has denied carrying knives and a machete in a public place in Malvern.
Alexander Pratt appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court to deny three charges of possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place.
The prosecution allege Pratt had in Colwall, Malvern, on August 1, a folding knife, a rambit knife and a machete.
Judith Hulland, chairman of the magistrates bench, said the matter was suitable for a magistrates court trial.
The chairman told Pratt to return to the court on the afternoon of December 9 for his trial.

The 28-year-old was given unconditional bail.
Remus Mihailescu prosecuted and Ian Parsons defended during the short hearing at the court on Thursday, (September 29).
