A MAN admitted threatening behaviour in a Malvern kebab shop on the day of his trial.
Vasko Panov changed his plea to three counts when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday, (September 28).
The 49-year-old admitted affray, which took place between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020.
The count says Panov used unlawful violence towards another and the conduct caused a person to fear for their personal safety.
We previously reported the affray took place in Upton Pizza and Kebab shop in Old Street, Malvern.
Panov, whose address is listed as HMP Hewell, also pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and making a threat to kill.

Mark Sheward, defending, said although Panov was now facing prison he asked for the probation service to carry out a pre-sentence report to be carried out on him - Judge Fransesca Levitt agreeing.
At the end of the hearing Panov, who wore a grey top in the dock of courtroom three, was asked to stand.
The judge said: "The court needs to know more about you because, although you are a man of good character, I'm told you have an issue with drinking."
The judge told Panov he will be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on October 19.
Panov was remanded in custody.
