A MAN will appear in court accused of keeping a motor vehicle which does not meet insurance requirements.
Luke Gaffney, of Peabody Avenue, Warndon, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Monday (September 26).
It is alleged on November 12 last year, the 28-year-old had a vehicle registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
The case was previously adjourned on August 1 to allow the defendant time to consider papers and to take his plea.
