A 43-year-old man has today been charged with burglary after the suspect was detained inside a house by the homeowner.
Dean Glazzard of Lansdowne Walk, Worcester has been charged with the burglary of a home in the city's Lansdowne Crescent.

He has been further charged with attempting to break into another property in Stephenson Terrace. Both alleged offences took place on Tuesday.
DI Dave Knight of South Worcestershire Proactive CID, part of West Mercia Police, said: "He has been remanded in police custody to attend Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Thursday, September 22."
