A motorist has been fined after breaking the speed limit on a busy Worcester road more than three years ago.
Liam Finnegan drove a Volkswagen vehicle faster than the 30mph limit in Tybridge Street in the city centre on August 16, 2019.
At Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court on September 14, the 38-year-old was fined £65 for the offence and had three points added to his driving licence.

Finnegan, of Back Weston Road, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, was also told to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
He has until October 5 to pay the £182 he owes the court.
