Police have warned of a potentially dangerous dog on the loose in a Worcestershire village.
A German Shepherd is running wild in Defford, West Mercia Police has said.
People are being asked to avoid going near the animal if they see it.
A police spokesperson said: "Please be aware of a dog that is running loose in the Defford area of Worcestershire.
"The tan and black, long-haired German Shepherd could pose a danger to the public and should not be approached.
"Officers are currently searching the area and if you see the dog, please call 999."
