SIGHTS and sounds from 600 years ago will greet visitors at Brockhampton Estate.
The National Trust property, near Bromyard, will bring the 15th Century to life during May Bank Holiday weekend with the help of historical re-enactors, the Sir John Savile Household.
The group will have an authentic campsite in the orchards around the house where visitors can see food cooking over the fire; meet the glassmaker; watch the blacksmith at work or even have a go at some archery.
Visitor services manager Susan Brace said: "The re-enactment weekend is a fantastic way of celebrating our history and it really brings the past alive. It makes for a great day out for all ages."
The 15th Century weekend runs from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday, May 3 to Monday, May 5.
The house is open until 5pm and normal admission prices apply. For more information call on 01885 488099.
