SHOPPERS and residents are being given the opportunity to meet and talk to a range of police officers.
Sergeants, local policing officers, community support officers and special constables will be at Evesham's Riverside shopping centre on Saturday, May 3, between 10am and 2pm.
"We see this as a great opportunity to talk to the public about what we do and to get feedback on how they perceive us," said Sergeant Phil Stayte.
"Part of the event will focus on recruiting Special Constables and anyone interested will be able to learn exactly what is involved in this volunteer role," he added.
The display - which will also be attended by the Evesham Neighbourhood Warden - will include a Panda car and a number of giveaways, including balloons.
