I have lived with my family in Claines for 12 years, and my wife Joy and I have three children who are educated locally.
As parents we understand the pleasures and pressures of bringing up youngsters.
I believe we must conserve the best of what we have.
I want to offer my experience to fight to ensure there is no expansion in Claines without careful thought of the real costs.
We also need greater awareness of the needs of our older neighbours too, and better facilities to keep young people occupied.
I believe that I can provide an effective voice for Claines.
