COWBOY songs are being combined with colonial dance next weekend.
New Mexico band Bayou Seco are to perform at the Fold, Bransford, on Saturday, April 26, offering a lively night of Cajun music.
Described as a unique show of toe-tapping tunes and tales from the American South, the fiddle-wielding band, armed with accordions and banjos, sing in English, French and Spanish. Members Jeanie McLerie and Ken Keppeler encourage the audience to dance, laugh and cry. The concert is part of the Shindig Rural and Community Touring Scheme.
Tickets are £8, £5 concessions, on the door. Drinks and Cajun Tapas will be available from 7pm.
