WORCESTER'S spray-tanning specialist, Sienna X, is launching a stay safe campaign to men and women in support of Sun Awareness Week 2008.
The Sherriff Street spray tanning experts are suggesting men and woman keep safe this summer by staying away from harmful sun rays and sun beds and instead opt for a safe glowing spray tan.
Sienna X spray-tanning therapists are set to distribute sun safety awareness leaflets to their clients on behalf of the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) throughout the Sun Awareness Week, which starts on Monday, May 5, in a bid to help raise awareness of skin cancer.
Spray-tanning therapists will be on hand throughout the week to offer advice about self-checking and what to look out for when you are checking your skin for any danger signs.
They will also be offering the BAD's top sun safety tips to clients to help them avoid skin damage in the sun.
Nicola Matthews, director of the Spray Tan Cubicle Company, said: "We are extremely passionate about sun awareness and promoting safety in the sun to warn people about the high risk of skin cancer.
"It is important for us as one of the leading spray-tanning brands to help raise the profile of skin cancer awareness and the long-lasting dangers sun damage can have on your skin and future."
