A WORCESTER man has been fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding in the city.
Brian Conway, of Bath Road, Broomhall, Worcester, was stopped by police officers who saw him driving at 36mph in Bath Road, which is a 30mph limit.
Baljinder Kaur, prosecuting, said Conway, 53, had admitted he was the driver but failed to send in all the documents required for a fixed penalty.
Conway, representing himself, said initially he could not remember if he was driving that day as he often loaned out his cars and had then be unable to find the paper version of his licence.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £60 costs and a victim surcharge of £15.
