A WOMAN who tried to clear her name after an allegation of obstruction at work has been given a restraining order after admitting harassment.
Lisa Bradley worked two shifts at Worcester, Bosch Group five years ago through an employment agency.
While she was there it was alleged she obstructed a senior manager, and as a result she was told not to return by her employment agency.
After the allegation, 37-year-old Bradley discovered statements had been given to say the obstruction had not happened, so she asked Worcester, Bosch Group to provide copies in a bid to clear her name.
When they did not provide them Bradley started phoning the head of Human Resources, Alan Leech, and turning up at the site causing problems.
Bradley, of Portefields Road, Tolladine, Worcester, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence between Friday, March 14, and Monday, March 31, when she appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 15.
Emma Lille, prosecuting, said despite a police caution following a number of abusive phone calls to Mr Leech, she continued to phone him and turn up at Bosch, in Cotswold Way, Warndon.
"The abuse continued and there were a number of phone calls, in one she told him she could see him," Miss Lille said.
Security officers detained Bradley at the Bosch site and called police, who arrested her and took her to Worcester Police Station.
"When she was asked if she was sorry she said she was not as in her opinion he was a complete idiot," Miss Lille added.
Jason Patel, defending, said as a result of the allegation made five years ago, the employment agency could not offer her any more work.
"Following that she has not had any employment, since, the agency could offer her no more work due to the allegation," he said.
"She was looking to clear her name and had sent £100 to obtain the statements.
"She then found out that in fact all of the papers in relation to the incident had been destroyed so this aggravated the situation."
Bradley was fined £150 and made the subject of a 12- month restraining order which bans her from going within 400 meters of Worcester, Bosch Group and contacting Alan Leech.
She was also made to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
